CDC performed a detailed exterior facade survey consistent with ASTM E2270 and ASCE 30. Based on this survey, CDC prepared specifications, design and bid documents for selective stone panel replacement and full glazing replacement totaling approximately 1,500 units. CDC provided limited structural analysis for exterior glazing and stone veneer conditions as well as replacement details and recommendations. Additionally, CDC performed product and submittal reviews, quality control observations, punch-list generation and reviews.
