Project Description
This 300,000 square-foot, $1-million project spans three city blocks. The program includes an administration center, a probation building, a five-story parking area, and a public plaza with courtyard.
Scope of Services
CDC provided engineering design, shop and fabrication drawings for the Probation and Administration buildings for the Solano County Government Center, which was featured on the cover of Design Build Magazine’s May/June 2005 issue. Glazing systems included custom twin span punched opening units, custom unitized curtain wall, and custom unitized segmented and curved entrances. CDC also provided engineering shop and fabrication drawings for the full-scale seismic and performance mock-ups.
