Project Description

The 27,000 square-foot Latino Cultural Center is composed of two art galleries, sculpture gardens, a 300-seat theater, and a multi-purpose room. The exterior wall utilizes a "rainscreen" system, which consists of an outer panel, a ventilated cavity, and an inner skin. The clay tiles are set on an aluminum rail system with open joints.

Scope of Services
