Project Description
Block 37 is a mixed-use development, which covers an entire city block in the heart of downtown Chicago. The 4-story retail portion features a diverse mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment with connections to the underground red and blue line CTA stations.
Scope of Services
CDC provided consulting services during the design development and construction phases, including review of design details, development of performance design criteria, shop drawing review, performance of field observations, and water testing of curtain wall and metal panel systems.
