The Alfred A. Arraj Courthouse is a 10-story high rise with approximately 325,000 square feet. It consists of two structures, the pavilion building and the tower building, which contains 15 courtrooms in total. It is a candidate for a LEED® Silver rating, and serves as a model of sustainable design.

Scope of Services

CDC worked with the Architect of Record as the designer of this aluminum-framed curtain wall with blast design high efficiency glass, and provided a full range of consulting services to the entry pavilion and tower.
