Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is the U.S. Green Building Council rating system that measures the sustainability of a building. LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED AP) architects, engineers, and designers have demonstrated their knowledge and understanding about "green" building practices and principles.
