Trump International Hotel and Tower is a 92-story, 1,389 foot-tall, high-rise hotel and office building. It is the tallest building built in North America since the Willis Tower (Sears Tower). The building cost about $847 million and consists of approximately 2.6 million square feet. At the time of its completion, this was the largest building in North America using a reinforced concrete structure. Awarded the 2009 Midwest Construction Overall Project of the Year, the 2009 Chicago Building Congress Merit Award, and was a 2009 CTBUH Best Tall Building America's finalist.

Scope of Services

CDC provided consulting services for the Owner and Architect through schematic design, design development, and construction documents phases. The services included shop drawing review and field observations.
