This 33-story, 1.6 million-square-foot, luxurious hotel complex will serve as the premier convention headquarters hotel in Indianapolis with more than 104,000 square-feet of meeting, banquet, and exhibit space. This will also be one of Marriott’s largest hotel ballrooms in the world, totaling 40,500 square feet. This project is estimated to cost $425 Million to construct.
