Project Description
The new corporate campus is composed of multiple low-rise office buildings sprawled across a 385-acre site. It was designed to high standards with regards to energy efficiency and environmental stewardship.
Scope of Services
CDC participated in testing four performance mock-ups for the typical office buildings and a fifth performance mock-up for one of the specialty buildings. CDC observed production and assembly of the custom unitized wall system at the installer’s factory in Houston and Terrell, Texas. CDC was also commissioned to provide field observations, and witness or perform field tests for water infiltration.
