Project Description

The outer wall is a point-supported glass system consisting of extra large diamond shape units that carry nine pieces of laminated glass with pre-tensioned cables and steel spider point-supported attachments. The inner wall consists of a high-performance window wall system with insulated laminated glass. The double-wall cavity receives exhaust air from the HVAC system, which is used to cool the cavity that separates the 120ºF exterior ambient temperature from the inner shell. The exhaust air is injected into the cavity at the bottom and evacuated at the top, behind the parapet, through a louver system.

Scope of Services
