Ayala Tower

Project Description

Ayala tower is a 50-story office tower clad with a unitized glass, granite, and aluminum curtain wall system. It is one of the tallest and well-known skyscrapers in the Philippines, featuring four unique curtain wall systems, one for each face of the building.

Ayala Tower is part of Ayala Triangle, a national and civic center containing the combined Makati and Manila stock exchange.

Scope of Services

CDC provided a full package of engineering services, including system design, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, structural calculations, and performance mock-up testing. CDC also provided field supervision services at the mock-up and at the jobsite.
